I've tried using the same lens three times over the last three days and had the same problem. Have you tried shooting your camera/lens again under the same conditions? Does it happen all of the time? If it is under warranty and the problem continues, you may want to consider sending it in. Are these 6d or 6dII files? If it's the former have you tried opening them in DPP? If they are the later and you haven't downloaded the updates, that may be the explanation.
